The Court of Appeals issued its ruling in Calderon v. American Family, holding that an insurer may reduce UM/UIM benefits paid by amounts already paid by the insurer under MedPay coverage. This is the first Court of Appeals to reach this issue following the amendments to Colorado’s UM/UIM and MedPay statutes, C.R.S. § 10-4-609 and 10-4-635.
