Sutton Booker is excited to welcome its newest associate, Tom Walton!
Tom served five years in the U.S. Army prior to earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and his law degree from the 
University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Before joining Sutton Booker, P.C., Tom worked as a District Attorney in Colorado’s 8th Judicial District and as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company.
Through his diverse prior experience, Tom has wide breadth of courtroom and trial experience and unique insight into the value outside counsel can bring to an organization. Tom uses that experience to better represent his clients both in and outside the courtroom.
Tom’s practice will focus on first- and third-party insurance claims, premises liability, and insurance bad faith.
