Originally from the Chicago suburbs, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University before gaining hands-on legal experience as a paralegal in Chicago. She then pursued her law degree at the University of Denver, refining her legal expertise in litigation and appellate law.

Before joining Sutton | Booker | P.C., Shannon honed her skills as a law clerk for The Honorable Craig Welling at the Colorado Court of Appeals, worked in energy litigation for an environmental nonprofit, and gained valuable insight into insurance defense at a Denver-based firm.
