With experience in handling cases in both state and federal court, Bryan’s legal practice has been focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on a broad range of insurance defense matters, including automotive accidents, bad faith, breach of contract defense, and construction defects. He also previously served as law clerk to Judge Raymond Clary of the Washington State Superior Court. Bryan is excited to contribute his skills and collaborative approach to Sutton Booker’s mission of supporting and representing clients at the highest level.
A Colorado native, Bryan obtained a bachelor of arts in political science from University of Colorado Boulder before earning his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. During law school, he received the Pro Bono Distinction Acknowledgment.
Bryan is an outdoor enthusiast who loves hitting the trails for a long run and snowboarding in the backcountry. When indoors, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Avalanche, Nuggets, and Broncos.
