  • Obtained dismissal of bad faith claims and succeeded in having Plaintiff voluntarily dismiss the contract claim after filing a summary Judgment motion
  • Prevailed on a motion to dismiss claims of negligence and negligent entrustment, getting attorney’s fees back. The ruling was appealed and affirmed without a published opinion.
  • Defended an insurance carrier in a garnishment proceeding where motion to set aside default was denied; however, the court ruled that it had gone beyond its jurisdiction by $85,000 of a $105,000 default judgment against the carrier. Though Motion was denied, the relief requested was achieved.
