Jessica began her practice in insurance defense and has the results to show for it, prevailing on a C.R.C.P. 56(h) Motion for Determination of Law on the interpretation of the term “gross vehicle weight” in the Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act and successfully defending Rule 702 (state and federal) challenges to industry standards experts. One of the things Jessica enjoys doing away from the office is cheering on her favorite NFL team. Her dog’s name (Barkley Waffles) provides a strong clue as to which team it is!
