Matt came to Colorado via the Midwest, where he began his legal practice and was born and raised. Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking with his family, hiking, and triathlons.

  • Capped damages at $5,000 on contract dispute tried to a jury
  • Won summary judgment for commercial client on negligent hiring/supervision and negligent entrustment claims with over $500,000 in claimed damages
  • Induced walkaway settlement in multimillion dollar personal injury claim by uncovering plaintiff misrepresentations about lack of causation between subject accidents and claimed injuries
