Sutton Booker provides written and oral advocacy before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Our appellate attorneys are passionate about crafting persuasive legal and policy arguments in support of our clients’ positions, often on issues of first impression requiring in depth analysis of statutory interpretation, legislative history, and surveys of other jurisdictions. Our attorneys have also contributed to amicus curiae briefing of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
