Tatyana V. Beschastna

Associate Attorney

Tatyana represents corporate clients in premises liability and general liability claims and has extensive experience defending stores, malls, restaurants, bars, hotels, car dealerships and other corporate defendants. Additionally, she has regularly defended companies and individual drivers in trucking and auto litigation. Tatyana’s practice has also included wrongful death, bad faith, subrogation, insurance fraud, and coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Sutton Booker, P.C., Tatyana was a trial attorney with a major commercial insurance carrier, providing defense to their insureds, and was with a mid-size national defense firm before that.

Before moving to Colorado, Tatyana practiced before the federal and state courts in Georgia and has experience in handling all stages of litigation from claim evaluation through trial.

Outside of the office, Tatyana enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.

  • Prevailed on summary judgment to successfully dismiss liability claim for statute of limitations and lack of relation back
  • Prevailed on motion to dismiss UM claim where plaintiff failed to avail herself to liability coverage in a third-party claim.
  • Obtained voluntary dismissal in a premises liability matter after filing a motion to dismiss based on statutory protection for out-of-possession landlord
