Rachel represents corporate and individual clients in first- and third-party insurance claims, wrongful death claims, and premises liability claims. Rachel practices before federal and state courts and has experience in handling all stages of litigation from claim evaluation through trial and post-trial disputes for a wide range of clients, including retail, restaurant and hospitality entities, utility companies and car dealerships. Rachel’s practice also includes auto liability defense.

Prior to joining Sutton Booker, P.C., Rachel was an associate with a Denver firm that specializes in insurance defense.

Rachel originally hails from Southern California but now calls Colorado home. In addition to her representative practice, Rachel is actively involved in efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in the Colorado legal community.

  • Obtained favorable verdict for retailer in admitted liability case where Plaintiff failed to beat the retailer’s statutory offer of settlement
