Sutton Booker is proud to announce Sara Randel has been promoted to a Senior Counsel.
Sara represents corporate clients in civil matters, focusing on first-party bad faith, premises liability, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. As an associate, Sara obtained summary judgment with an award of attorney fees based on workers’ compensation statutory immunity defense in premises liability cases and obtained summary judgment on alleged negligence-based claims in favor of a hospitality client in a third-party criminal act premises liability action. Sara also volunteers her time as an associate mentor with Law School… Yes We Can!
Prior to joining Sutton | Booker | P.C., Sara was an associate at a Florida firm practicing auto and homeowners insurance defense. Before law school, Sara was a Clinical Research Associate in the clinical research sector of the pharmaceutical industry where she worked for contract research organizations and a major pharmaceutical company.
Sara earned her bachelor’s degree at Brandeis University and her law degree at Florida International University College of Law.
