Debra Sutton founded the firm in 1993. The firm’s goal was simple: provide high quality, cost-efficient legal services with innovative and progressive approaches to trial advocacy.  Sutton | Booker | P.C. remains committed to that goal today.

• Defeating claims for punitive damages against retailer, insurer, and individual clients.
• Exposing insureds and claimants’ factual misrepresentations, resulting in dismissal or favorable resolution of actions.
